Applying for Free School Meals in Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council

With effect from 13th July 2021, parents and carers can apply for Free School Meals through the Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council's Online Citizen Portal.

 

The portal is a quick, easy, and more efficient method for parents/carers compared to the traditional paper-based system. The portal includes an on-line eligibility checking service which gives an instant response to entitlement.

Before a parent/carer can apply for free school meals they will need to register to the Citizen Portal.

To make an online application, parents/carers will need a valid email address in order to complete the registration process and to receive confirmation of their application.
