Dear Parents/Carers
Christmas Fair - Friday 15 December 2023
On Friday 15 December, as part of our fundraising campaign for the Cambodia trip we will be hosting a Christmas fair for students, staff and the local community to enjoy.
We have secured a number of stalls for the fair selling jewelry, knitted gifts, christmas cards and framed pictures. Live music will be provided by a local singer, Abbie Lince along with refreshments and hopefully a few Christmas surprises.
The event will take place at Outwood Academy Bydales and we would love for you all to join us between 2:30-4:30pm.
In order to ensure we can make this event even more successful, I would be very open to, and grateful for any contributions to either our tombola and/or our raffle prize selection. We would appreciate the support in helping make our event special.
A box will be left in the Reception area to collect donations to support the event.
